VeeSmile can manually reprice these claims for you. Whether your repricing department uses the PPO's web-site, custom application or spreadsheet fee schedules supplied by the PPO.
If there is an auto repricing system in place already for selected PPO's, VeeSmile would verify the reason for non-repriced claims which are kicked-out from auto repricing system. Vee would reprice these claims if details are found based on the business rules/requirements. Vee would correct the information (In most of the cases the system would fail to select the appropriate provider for the claim, which Vee Repricing team would analyze) and reprice the claim. If system is correct, Vee would send back to TPAs with reason (Non-Par, Termed, etc.)
