Having a Fortune 500 company as a first customer was a challenge. One of the main areas of concern for them was security. They sent a team of security experts from the US to come and check us out. Only after auditing and checking that we were secure- had proper security procedures and processes in place did the Fortune company decide to even discuss and negotiate with us.
Vee has defined and developed ISMS (Information Security Management System) as per ISO27001/BS7799 standards.
Vee is the first BPO in India to have adopted OCTAVE (Operational Critical Threat Asset Vulnerability Evaluation) risk assessment model developed by Software Engineering Institute - Carnegie Mellon University (SEI-CMU) and also the first BPO in India to be certified on SPMM Level 3/3 which is equivalent to military standards.
